What You'll Need:
- Moka pot
- Freshly ground Atlas Coffee (medium-fine grind)
- Hot water
- Stirring utensil
- Timer
- Coffee mug
Steps to Brew:

Fill the Bottom Chamber
Start by filling the bottom chamber of your Moka pot with hot water up to just below the safety valve. Bring this to the boil ahead of adding the filter basket.

Add Coffee Grounds
Fill the filter basket with medium-fine ground Atlas Coffee. Level the grounds without packing them down.

Assemble the Moka Pot
Place the filter basket into the bottom chamber. Place an AeroPress filter on the bottom of the top of the Moka pot where the seal is. Screw the top and bottom parts of the Moka pot together securely, ensuring not to burn your hands on the hot metal.

Heat on the Stove
Place the Moka pot on the stove over medium heat. Leave the lid open to monitor the brewing process.

Watch for Coffee Flow
When the coffee starts to flow out, you will hear a hissing sound. you should turn the heat to the lowest setting at this point. Once the top is full and the flow slows down, remove the pot from the heat. Rinse the bottom of the Moka pot under cold water so the coffee does not become over-brewed.

Pour and Enjoy
Pour the freshly brewed coffee into your favorite mug. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your perfect cup of Moka pot coffee!

- Use freshly roasted and ground Atlas Coffee for the best flavour.
