How to brew coffee with an AeroPress

What You'll Need:
- AeroPress
- Freshly ground Atlas Coffee (medium-fine grind)
- Hot water (about 175°F or 80°C)
- AeroPress paper filter
- Stirring utensil
- Timer
- Coffee mug
Steps to Brew:

Assemble Your AeroPress
Insert a paper filter into the AeroPress cap and rinse it with hot water to remove any paper taste. Attach the cap to the chamber.

Prepare the Coffee
Add 14-18 grams of medium-fine ground Atlas Coffee into the AeroPress chamber, then place the AeroPress onto a sturdy mug.

Add Hot Water
Pour hot water (175°F/80°C) into the AeroPress chamber up to the number 4 mark.

Stir and Steep
Stir the coffee and water for about 10 seconds, you will see the coffee bloom. Then, insert the plunger and pull up slightly to create a vacuum seal. Let it steep for 1 minute.

Press the Plunger
Slowly press the plunger down, taking about 20-30 seconds. Stop pressing when you hear a hissing sound.
